LG Hausys To Add 80 Jobs to Georgia Operation

LG Hausys America Inc., a surface countertop manufacturer, expects to create 80 new jobs through the expansion of its operations in Adairsville, Ga.The company plans to invest about $50 million and add 95,000 square feet next to its existing facility in Gordon County. Stone countertops will be made at the plant. Gov. Sonny Perdue said hiring for the new jobs is expected to begin in the third quarter of this year.
