The food and gift retailer “Harry and David” will reopen its Hebron-based call center, in Ohio and it will hire 1000 people to temporarily work in the call center. The CEO from ”Harry and David” was not satisfied with the work of the previous company hired to deal with customer service. Consequently they want to improve their customer service by hiring workers with more experience in the firm’s products and brand. The retailer ”Harry and David” has stores at Easton Town Center, in Burbank, Aurora and Jeffersonville.
