Florida and Texas Governors Determined to Fight for Top Job Growth Rankings

Florida Governor Rick Scott is determined to claim the top spot in Chief Executive magazine’s rankings for job growth and business development. Scott’s bold claims have not fazed Texas Governor Rick Perry, whose state has held the top spot for the last seven consecutive years. With 250,000 jobs created last year alone, Texas will be the favorite to retain its title in the next poll.
