Why is the Economy Weak? Washington Debates

As unemployment rises and hiring decreases, more pressure is put on the Obama Administration. The Labor Department states that 54,000 jobs were created last month. This may seem great, but Republicans say otherwise. They state that tax cuts are necessary for economic growth. Democrats say that taxes are required to make things run more smoothly. There is a constant debate between the two parties. But in the end, both must compromise and work together to make the economy flourish once more.
