Hipster lures job seekers with $10K, a year’s supply of beer

Hipster, a San Francisco based start-up, has taken an unusual approach in an attempt to fill some engineering posts that it has failed to recruit for through normal methods.
The company is offering $10,000 in cash and a year’s supply of Pabst Blue Ribbon beer to anyone who is successful in filling an open engineering position at Hipster (or if the person applying gets the job).
