Half of American workers unhappy in their jobs

According to a report from Mercer released last Monday, half of the workers in the U.S. state to be unhappy with their current jobs. This is due to their bosses trying to maximize the productivity. The report is based on a survey conducted by Mercer to 2,400 workers in the US and several abroad.
