The law firm of Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll is presently out approximately seven million dollars after the Supreme Court tossed out their suit against retailing behemoth Wal-Mart. The Court determined that the claims were too varied to permit class action status. Close to five million dollars worth of attorney hours have been logged in addition to two million dollars being spent on experts and discovery expenses.
