Layoffs and innovations drive small business start ups new research from small business insurer Hiscox finds that 15% of start ups launched. New study by expert insurance carrier Hiscox has discovered that fifteen per cent of little businesses were established following a layoff. It, in addition, discovered nearly all start ups are not original ideas, however are founded on new approaches to subsisting businesses.
