Layoffs brooming through school districts

School districts throughout the state have received discretionary cuts from $19.7 billion State budget and it has made many schools across the state to give lay-off to thousands of teachers and teaching assistants. It is predicted that almost about 13,000 people may lose jobs due to this and already 88 teaching assistants have been removed from service by Harnett County Schools.
