UAW more concerned about production than pay

Mr.Dustin Boyd is one of the workers of Ford Motor Co who works 8 hours per day to crank out cars and after that the auto maker unit is idle for next 16 hours. He is more concerned about more production to effect higher wages as like any other worker and hopes many constructive measures will be taken up at an open talk on a new labor contract this week between Detroit auto makers and the United Auto Workers union.
