Banks are cutting people when market recovers.In some places middle level employees are being replaced. At credit Suisse, many people or employees have resigned to avail the benefit of early retirement with bonus offers. Billboard-sized photos of employees hung on the walls at Wall Street before layoffs began sweeping. the number of employees in the financial sector has come down to a mere 18, 252 because of the layoffs at BofA.
