A very large number of middle managers are taking up senior positions in start-up firms. They feel they can exert more impact on the new firm than their old ones .Also in the technological boom,the bigger firms are constantly disrupted by start up firms. But experts advise caution as the experience is low and the capital of the new firms as well. Overall most of the middle managers are excited because there are new and greater responsibility and the chance to prove themselves.
