North Dakota to Gain Most Jobs From Halliburton Expansion

Halliburton has plans to create about 15,000 jobs globally of which 11,000 jobs would be in North America. This is probably good news for the unemployed in America, except that job seekers might have to move to North Dakota to get one. Halliburton president declared that the company will need workers for all types of jobs.
