Commonwealth Association of School Administrators president Robert McGrogan went back to the bargaining table with Principals and came back with a new proposal since the old proposal which supported health care, was rejected. Philadelphia School District principals just voted to save 27 jobs but McGrogan believes that won’t stop them from laying off in the future.
