Talk of Layoffs Results In Lower Staff Morale

Morale quickly turns ugly after a company warns about layoff’s, even if a job cuts won’t happen for a while.It is because the intent to ” reduce head count”,as Banks of American corp have done recently .
Bank of American chief Executive Brian Moynihan told employees through email last week that overall “employment levels” at bank would come down to 30,000 over the next few years.
