China’s loss is America’s gain. For many years jobs in America have been outsourced. China has been the epitome of manufacturing for quiet a while.But not any more. This is evident from the recent visit made by businessman Bill Green to his Dongguan factory. He is planning to bring back some of the jobs in lamps and industrial cabinets from China. So what made him change his mind? Well, he felt that factory seems to be lenient on quality which is unnacceptable in any industry. Shipments being delayed and souring material and labour costs are not helping China’s cause either. In reply, the factory boss gave reasons behind these problems saying that they are not getting enough workers even though wages were hiked by 40% every year.
