Financial services continue to grow in complexity. As the financial world becomes more difficult, accountants have grown in demand. While many business schools send through graduates with accounting degrees each year, many firms have specific qualifications for applicants, making it difficult to fill positions. Basic requirements for these types of roles include being a Certified Public Accountant and having several years of specialized experience.
