The national labor and employment law firm, Fisher & Phillips LLP, has made a recent announcement about expanding the firm with new offices in the Massachusetts and Tennessee area. The new offices will be located in Boston and Memphis. This makes the total number of offices around the country 27 for the company.

The office located in Boston will actually be led by an employment law attorney, Joseph W. Ambash. Ambash was originally the co-chair of the labor and employment practice for Greenberg Traurig LLP. On the other hand, the Memphis office will be led by Jeff Weintraub. Weintraub is a high rated employment attorney in the Tennessee area. Prior to this, he was a partner for Weintraub Law, P.C., which is a labor employment law form that was first established in 1959.

Ambash has more than 35 years of experience with the labor and employment practice. He has worked to represent a number of cases, especially amongst those with unfair labor cases. Ambash earned his law degree from the prestigious Harvard University and also received an undergraduate degree from Yale University. He has worked as a negotiator for many private sectors and public sectors, helping them to come to agreements.

In the meantime, Weintraub has represented employers with negotiations along with elections. He has over 30 years of experience with representing both public and private employers. He has managed many cases, primarily dealing with harassment cases and discrimination cases along with wage issues and other matters. He is active in the Tennessee area along with the Arkansas and Mississippi area. He earned both his law degree and undergraduate degree from Memphis State University.
