EPIX Pharmaceuticals Cutting Workforce in Half

EPIX Pharmaceuticals of Lexington, Massachusetts has reported a Q4 loss and is reducing its workforce by 50%.The workforce reduction resulted in 44 jobs lost, including 33 in Massachusetts.
CEO Elkan Gamzu has decided to voluntarily reduce his salary base by 50% until further notice.
EPIX Pharmaceuticals is a bio-pharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing novel therapeutics through the use of its proprietary in silico drug discovery platform.
