Manitowoc Cranes Cuts 159 Jobs

Wisconsin’s Manitowoc Cranes has cut 159 jobs in Manitowoc and Port Washington, due to declining demand.

The cuts affect 13% of the local work force.

Manitowoc Cranes cut about 2,100 jobs in its crane division in January.

Founded in 1902, Manitowoc Company a global firm specializing in products for the food service and construction industries. Manitowoc recently completed the divestiture of their marine division this month.
