New York County to Create Youth Jobs

Oneida County, New York’s Workforce Development has announced an initiative to find jobs for at-risk youths between the ages of 19 and 24.The program is paid for with $1 million in federal stimulus funds, and will begin in May.
The jobs will include construction and landscaping projects.
