HP confirms layoffs at Autonomy

HP announced that employees in the Autonomy business unit will be laid off and further changes to the business will be made. It speaks of a memo received by the author that around 70 people who work mainly in sales will be getting laid off. It also speaks that around 50 new engineers will be getting hired. A new product is also scheduled to be tied in HP’s massive printing and personal systems group.
