Citizens of Connecticut are concerned as their governor is proposing to reduce money in his next budget that would have been used to help with the operation of hospitals. The governor plans on cutting five hundred and fifty million dollars over two years’ worth of funding to hospitals, which has raised concerns especially those voiced by the Western Connecticut Health Network. The cut targets funding for reimbursement for those who do not have health insurance.
