First Apple Computer to Fetch Over $500,000 By EmploymentCrossing | Dated: 06-21-2013

A vintage Apple computer is being listed for sale with Christie’s auction house this week. Vintage in this case means from 1976. The model, an Apple 1, is one of the first Apple computers ever built. The bidding will start at $300,000 and could come in as high as $500,000. This is the model that was the stepping stone for the modern day MacBooks, iPads and iPhones.
