A recent jump in South Korea overseas commercial investor buying could be due to the tensions involving threats of nuclear and missile strikes by North Korea. Investors are choosing to invest in the global market, rather than their local home market due to the fact of a financial crash in the country. South Korea investors vastly increased their overseas commercial spending becoming the largest property investor of 2013.
