New Kansas City Water Park Hiring for the Season

Schlitterbahn Waterparks of New Braunfels, Texas will hire 300 seasonal workers for its new Kansas City, Kansas water park, which opens in early June.

The jobs at Schlitterbahn Vacation Village include lifeguards, cashiers, pool cleaners and maintenance workers.

The water park is just part of an unfinished 300-acre resort. The firm currently runs three water parks in Texas.

In case you were wondering, Schlitterbahn is a German word meaning “slippery road.” So, it’s not what you thought.
