Charlottesville Hosts Virginia Job Fair

Charlottesville, Virginia’s Department of Economic Development is hosting a job fair today at the Omni Hotel.

Seventy employers seek to fill more than 300 positions in the Charlottesville area. As many as 1,000 applicants are expected to attend.

More than 500 job-seekers attended last year’s event, which featured hosted more than 100 recruiters from employers like Wal-Mart and the Charlottesville City Schools.
