Gartner to Hire 200 in Florida

Gartner plans to expand in Fort Myers, Florida, creating 200 jobs.The State of Florida and the Lee County Office of Economic Development will give Gartner $800,00 in tax incentives and $1 million in funds, which will save 346 current employees, and add 200 new jobs over the next five years. Gartner is putting $13.5 million into the expansion.
Stamford, Connecticut’s Gartner, founded in 1979, provides research and analysis on the global information technology industry. It has 4,000 employees in 75 countries worldwide.
