Oklahoma Gas & Electric Shuts Off 22 Jobs

Oklahoma Gas & Electric has laid off 22 workers at its Oklahoma City HQ.The utility has eliminated its enterprise, information and performance section. With new hires during the restructuring, the firm will have lost only 10 positions in toto.
Terminated employees will get severance pay, continued health care benefits and outplacement services.
Oklahoma Gas & Electric is a regulated electric utility company that serves over 750,000 customers in Oklahoma and western Arkansas.
