CDG Call Centers to Close, Lay Off 235

CDG Management will shut down its call center in Troy, New York, laying off 95 people by May 29th. The firm is also shuttering its Fort Lauderdale, Florida call center, letting go 99 employees.

CDG is also closing its location in Durham, North Carolina, and laying off 41 people.

The New Jersey-based telemarketing firm employs 4,000 people at 45 call centers in the US and Canada.

CDG Management LLC, a telemarketer, operates and manages call centers in the United States. The company involves in fundraising campaigns on behalf of police, fire, veteran, and safety organizations/associations. It also provides telesales and telephone based services relating to various products and services of client companies. The company is based in Edison, New Jersey.
