Oregon School District to Cut 36 Jobs

Oregon’s Hillsboro School District will cut 36 jobs and four days of school.Twenty-seven of those jobs cut are teaching positions. The layoffs also affected 7 staff and two administrators.
Other budget cuts include $1 million for new math books, $200,000 for high school athletics and $2.8 million in supplies.
