Housing assistance non-profit the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America will invest $4.5 million to expand its presence in Charlotte, North Carolina, creating 1,000 new positions over the next five years.
NACA is getting $1 million in incentives.
The firm will hold a job fair this Friday to fill 500 of those positions. It currently employs 100 in Charlotte.
Wages will average $36,000.
