ESAB Welding to Cut Jobs in South Carolina

Florence, South Carolina’s ESAB Welding will cut an undisclosed number of jobs by the end of 2009.The firm laid off 90 workers in April.
Founded in Sweden in 1904 as Elektriska Svetsnings-Aktiebolaget, ESAB Welding & Cutting Products is the world’s largest manufacturer of plasma cutters, welding equipment and welding consumables.
