Davis Groupe to Create 200 Tennessee Jobs

Murfreesboro, Tennessee’s Davis Groupe will begin manufacturing energy-efficient LED bulbs at its five plants in the state, creating up to 200 jobs.

As a supplier to the auto industry, Davis has cut 80% of its workforce in the last year. The firm intends to offer the new jobs to its former employees first.

The LED bulbs are designed by Vancouver, Washington’s NCS Power, and will be produced with Clarksville’s Aladdin Mantle Lamp.

Davis Groupe runs plants in Murfreesboro, La Vergne, Lewisburg, Goodlettsville and Tulahoma.
