Census Bringing 3000 Temporary Jobs to Phoenix

Vangent Inc. is hiring 3000 temporary employees in Phoenix, Arizona to process 2010 census forms. The positions pay from $11.49 to $17.36 per hour plus an additional $3.35 per hour stipend will be added in lieu of benefits. The company plans to hire between November and January, with leadership positions being filled in November. Most of the jobs will end at the conclusion of the 2010 census.

Vangent is an Arlington, Va.-based provider outsourcing services that works closely with the federal government.
