Innovative Emergency Management Inc is moving its headquarters from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to North Carolina in return for state tax breaks of up to $9 million. 50 of the 150 jobs at the current headquarters will move, while the remaining employees will have the option to transfer to one of the other offices. Currently the company employs 350 people.
