Edy’s Ice cream will hire 120 workers for its Fort Wayne, Indiana facility. The Fort Wayne facility makes Nestle drumsticks and other products. The new jobs are a part of a company consolidation and will increase the plant’s workforce to 600 employees. Last year the company was in the final phase of a $29.5 million expansion of the Indiana plant. Edy’s is a subsidiary of Nestle. Nestle was founded in 1905 and is headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland. The company reports annual revenue (as of 2008) of $109.9 billion.
