Limbach Company Creating 75 Jobs in Maryland

The Limbach Company LLC plans to create 75 jobs over the next three years by expanding their fabrication facilities and regional office in Maryland. The Pittsburgh-based mechanical construction and service firm is moving effective March 1 from Lanham, Maryland to a 40,000-square-foot space in the Brick Yard Business Park in Beltsville.To assist with the cost of improving its new building the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development has offered a $100,000 loan . A separate $20,000 loan was offered by Prince George’s County through its Incentive Leverage Fund. Additionally, state job creation tax credits can be leveraged by Limbach.
