Timco Aerosystems Brings 500 Jobs to North Carolina

North Carolina-based Timco Aerosystems is bringing hundreds of new jobs to Davidson County.
Timco is among the largest manufacturers worldwide of airplane maintenance and overhaul services. Wallburg, North Carolina will be the location of a new seat manufacturing operation.
The initial hiring wave is going to be around 275 workers, with an eventual plan to have more than 500 for the entire plant.
The average annual salary for the new workers will be around $35,000 which is $5,000 more than the current average across Davidson County.
